Our favorite bakery is located in the centre of Saint-Sylvain d'Anjou, only 3 kms from our hotel. "Au Bon Pain" provides us with all the kinds of fresh bread you will find on our breakfast buffet.
Feel free to visit them after your stay with us. They will be happy to get feedback from you!

The honeypots you find come from Mr Salé's bees, based at the place called "Le Meneu" in Saint-Sylvain d'Anjou. We make it a point of honour to work with producers as close as possible to our establishment while giving priority to the quality of our products.
Here is a good example of a local producer; and the honey from our favorite beekeeper is only better.

The galet de la Loire that you can find on the buffet is a cheese made and aged in Cornillé-les-Caves, at the Tessier Cheese Factory, which has enjoyed a notoriety since the 1970s.
This Anjou cheese is a pure local product recognizable by its yellow rind and its supple and melting paste. A real farm product.

Jean-Paul Haxaire produces the jams and the apple juice. Our arborist is based in the commune of Cheviré-le-Rouge, about thirty kilometres from the hotel in the direction of the department of Sarthe.
In total, we offer several kinds of jams every morning for your greatest pleasure.

Our Angevin tomme cheese is made at the artisanal cheese factory in Auverse : the Gennetay farm, located 51 kilometres east of the hotel.
This cheese dairy has the specificity of producing only products made from raw cow's milk and is quite well known in the Angevin food landscape; an opportunity for you to taste even more of the local Angevin food.
