The Hotel was well placed for the things I wanted to do and see, clean and tidy without frills, and the staff helpful. Perhaps I missed the instriuctions, but it would have been very helpful to have had a map of your location given the complexity of the road system in the are, especially getting off at the right exit from the autoroute!

Very disappointed because of the closed restaurant… I don’t think it’s acceptable that it’s not open during weekends…

Indeed, our restaurant is closed on week-ends. You can find our opening times on our website, in english. If you come when the restaurant is closed, do not hesitate to ask the reception and we will give you some good adresses to eat in the area.

Convenient location for visiting family, but this hotel does not cater for disabled people. We stayed here last year when the hotel reopened after a refurbishment, and pointed out the afore mentioned issues, yet one year later, none of these essential points had been addressed. Can you imagine trying to shower with only one leg with no chair to sit on or wall bars to hold onto?? It seems that this feedback form is not read or acted upon as so many easy fixes have not been carried out. We will not be staying here again although it is ideally located near to family for visiting. I have to say a big thank you to the reception team who were very reactive and did all they could to assist us with the issues like bringing in garden chairs for the shower and to use as a bed side table, and making the bed etc when the cleaner missed out our room.

1. Calculating the Overall Rating

Each review is rated on a scale of 1 to 5. The overall rating displayed on our website is the average of all ratings received.

Each rating is based on criteria common to all establishments in the network:

  • The Room
  • The Reception
  • The Bathroom
  • Breakfast
  • Access to the Hotel

Some establishments also have specific criteria based on their services: restaurant, wellness area, etc.
For each review, we add up the ratings assigned to each criterion, then divide this total by the number of criteria evaluated to generate the establishment's overall rating.

2. Certified Reviews

Only guests who have actually stayed at the establishment receive an invitation to share their experience. This approach guarantees that 100% of the reviews published are authentic. Reviews are collected via the Customer Alliance platform and transmitted in their entirety to our website.

3. Publication and Moderation of Reviews

We strive to publish all reviews, whether positive or negative. However, some reviews cannot be displayed, particularly those containing:
